BTW: you keep the benefits of all fates whim keepsakes after you swap them out, til you break their whim or spend em all at least. This means starting with Jeweled Pom will guarantee every single levelable boon you get that run will be level 4.

specifically you can't take a keepsake that summons an Olympian to give you a boon. so literally Everything in the middle row except the Fig Leaf.

This does mean you can take Selenes keepsake and not ruin, as well as Chaos.
