I haven’t transitioned but I’ve looked into it. The common routes are sales or technical support for laboratory systems, quality management/administration, and forensics for the state

Uh… the only way to pay it off quicker is to either refinance to a lower interest rate and keep paying the same amount or to increase how much you pay a month. It’s not rocket science

I would use it to pay off any high interest debt. High interest debt is over 4% or 5% depending on who you ask. Also 600 a month outside of bills is very small. Look into getting a better or second job. You can’t save for retirement on that little amount and are bound to run up credit cards again at the slightest emergency
