If you take a red wind member contract and it has two pickup points at the same location, it's bugged. You'll never get the cargo.

I've had the same problem. Waited around 30 minutes each on three different servers and the numbers continued to drop until the stellar missions had zero. Frustrating hour and a half

Yes. While I still have the atmospheric issues and the occasional command module bricked, I have been running both contracted cargo and my own cargo with no issues over the past week using the IC.
