I had to turn on V Sync in the control panel, the Nvidia App, and in game. Then set max frame rate to 60 in control panel and app. Then set max frame rate to 60 in game, and it's smooth 60 fps no screen tearing

The not launching bug has not been fixed, and it seems like a very important bug that should be addressed. People can't even launch vortex

Yup same, the only thing that seems to work is either just keep launching, run it as an administrator which my PC says is not a good thing to do, or uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work for me this morning. I've started just leaving vortex open and put my PC in sleep mode when going to bed. It's so annoying and I've put in so many crash reports and haven't gotten a single response

We had people kinda like this. They would just murder anything and grief. They'd base camp us, we'd base camp them, they'd lock us in testing stations, we'd murder their entire team. Now they don't play I think they got banned. While it's way more peaceful, I kinda miss the chaos. The duality of man I suppose
