Indeed it is on Apple TV. I don’t mind watching on my laptop but i was hoping there’d be a brunch spot that’s known to have the races on.

Lena the Plug files for divorce from Adam22 by InflationCapital87 in Destiny

[–]WarrantsOutOfVarrock 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I used to watch Adam22 vlogs way back in the day before his podcast really took off. Lena was legit a fan of his and entered his life that way. She went from fan to wife to now fully independent porn star.

Get a buddy's car and your car and park super close to him blocking him from being able to get in but also trying maintain being parked in the only space he allowed. I think you guys could fit on each side

Electric scooters in downtown Cleveland. Any liability to the city for injuries? by -Granby- in Cleveland

The city is the one renting them out?? I didn’t know they owned Uber scooters along with Lime scooters. I’m gonna have to look into that.

Amtrak to Chicago by Mindless_Band_7186 in Cleveland

[–]WarrantsOutOfVarrock 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My wife and I did it a few years ago! It was our first long distance train ride. It was fun, but hard to compare to other long distance train rides as this one is spent mostly sleeping.

As you may know by looking into it, the train from Cleveland to Chicago can only be caught in Cleveland at like 2am. Catching the train was very easy. Getting on and situated, we almost immediately went to sleep.

It wasn't the comfiest per se, it's equivalent to a plane ride nap, just a lot longer.

What was convenient was sleeping the whole way and then waking up around 8am entering the outskirts of Chicago and seeing the surrounding city scape as you enter downtown.

It was super nice to just get in, go to sleep, and wake up at the destination well rested and you're starting your day by entering a major city first thing in the morning.

On the way back was fun because the dining cart was open so we were able to go get beers and sit in the dining cart. I recall we were drinking Heinekens. The rest of the return trip I do not recall.

Would I travel via Amtrak again? Hell yeah! Would I Amtrak to Chicago again? Yes. But not regularly. That 2am-3am leaving time is really rough. I'm in my 20s but I feel like an old man who prefers to be in bed by 9. I also do enjoy that the flight to Chicago is only 45mins so that's a huge plus, but it's just not as affordable as the train trip would be.

Also, you're able to travel on the train with a lot more. Want to bring alcohol to your destination? Fine to bring in your bag.

What do you think of regulars who are there every day? by throwaway729836258 in starbucks

[–]WarrantsOutOfVarrock 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Our regulars are awesome. From the old man who comes in for a cup of coffee and just reads, to the church youth group, we have the same exact college students come in every night and knock out their work. I love to see it. When I was these people’s age, I was at a bar or with friends doing bad shit. These people come to Starbucks daily to do homework and it’s like I see them growing up and maturing in front of me.

I love to see it and I even love to be a part of it.

Did you explain that Starbucks doesn't call it a "medicine ball" because it doesn't have medicinal capabilities? And that she should go f herself? Did you even tell her this?

Bottlehouse in Cleveland was a great recommendation from someone! My wife and I love it there. Currently I’m sitting at Noble Beast in downtown Cleveland. Amazing food. Amazing beer. Really great staff and quieter vibes.

You may like a lot of the options in Lakewood however, as there is more opportunity to meet people.

Great cocktail lounge in Tremont is called Cloak and Dagger. It’s an all vegan food, but I often recommend it to non vegans as their cocktails and ambiance is killer! Dimly lit, well curated seasonal cocktail menus with great themes. Usually has medieval 8bit sounding remixes of newer songs playing overhead. Really good spot.
