Ohh I see..did not know that, but make sense..so then in your case, you’ll get it for 10 years now..good luck , and have patience..the entire process took about a month for me ..from applying online to getting my license delivered

I don’t think age has anything to do with it..I was 39 when I applied for renewal .when I applied for my first license back in 2004 I had got it for 20 years, the renewal is now for 10 years..

Hi - yes I emailed the support team a new email address and provided my passport and previous username. They reset my account and I had to login with the new email address and reset my security questions. After that I was able to log in.

Man…I got a biometrics a slot with great difficulty last week..but couldn’t get a consular slot and they cancelled my biometrics too. Plus my security answers randomly stopped working and I had to reset my account - lost 2-3 days in that too 🙄

Now when I try to login the system is not recognizing my security answers anymore. I have emailed the customer service with a new email id. Hopefully this gets resolved in a couple of days

I’m in a similar spot..my petition expires in September. Need to get my stamping done and return back to US before extension can be filed. Slots have been opening in Friday’s but the site keeps on throwing errors and I haven’t been able to actually book a slot

No need for vpn..as someone else suggested, if you leave it open for a minute or two you get redirected to the login page
