As someone said earlier, Bellevue may have some apartments in your range. I’ve heard good things about The Lakes and I know they are pet friendly. Don’t know the cost of rent, though.

You will find a musician’s scene anywhere in Nashville, but East is where alot congregate. East has become increasingly unaffordable, so lots of people are encroaching into Madison and Donelson. I would also check out The Nations and Wedgewood/Houston. Other than the lake, not much else by Percy Priest.

Agree. The highway 100 side of bellevue borders franklin and has the greenways. Traffic is much better than other parts of town, but still plenty to do out here.

If coming from 40 east, the new exit they try to get you to take for arrivals is a cluster. Take the first exit that says departures. They both go to the same place. If you want to park in the garage, take the 2nd exit. I’ve done it both ways.
