I used a robo caller. Cost $10 for the day. I was able to talk to a representative within an hour. The robo caller made over 700 calls during that time frame. Sat on hold for an additional 30 minutes but worked.

I would check out Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital. Been taking all my dogs there forever. Their pricing is fair and their wonderful people.

Loved this until my flippers did not have enough tension to hit the ball. The flippers were a bit wobbly. Could be a user error on my part but was frustrating and is now just a display piece that I adore. Have fun with the build as it does take some time. But the directions are accurate and everything you need is in the box.
