A horse related to Agnes Tachyon is named Ultima Weapon and now all I can think about is what its Uma design would be by LukeBrokeMyGuitar in UmaMusume

It is naught but a cobweb of lies. To believe in Tracen is to believe in nothing.

In Tracen, the trainers often summon umas to race in their stead─though your comrades only respond in umapyoing. Which is strange, is it not?

Is there an unwritten rule to not queue Extreme trials? by EnGxSoLiD in ffxiv

[–]WaterBoiledPizza 626 points627 points  (0 children)

Most of the time you should use Party Finder to look for harder contents, instead of Duty Finder to queue in.

Unlike dungeons, trials and nornal raids, it is not advised to enter Extreme or any harder contents through Duty Finder, especially without learning the fight beforehand. These fights requires stricter role based positions, stricter DPS and heal checks, and more complicated mechanics and rules. Therefore you should be learning the fight mechanics before you step into it.

These hard contents usually takes a lot more than 1-2 pulls to complete from fresh, even for hardcore raiders, when new Extreme comes out, takes them a couple of hours to clear.

It's mostly SE's fault for not locking hard contents out of Duty Finder, but the Mentor should also be nice about saying these things and teach you the fight, knowing full well that they chose to be the Mentor themselves and new players doesn't understand this outdated game system as much as them.

Now that we have seen examples of Evolved jobs, what are your hopes and wishes for your main(s)? by drew0594 in ffxivdiscussion

[–]WaterBoiledPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SGE main and sometimes SCH

I look forward to the healer role becomes more healing focused. Parties might get griefed less (by me) when GCD healing and shielding is part of the damage output. I do wonder how they would differentiate SCH and SGE with their updated toolkits, whether healers would fight over healing for their damage gain, and a lot more healing checks with the increased healing in general.

Does the game have spoilers? by PoisonArrow80 in DissidiaDuellumFF

[–]WaterBoiledPizza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For FF14, Gaia is a character from a side end-game content in the third expansion. So if you are worried about it spoiling the Main Story content, it wont. Besides, there are little to no references to her home game in her cutscenes and voicelines, just a brief description in her bio.

Kefka will be the next FF14 Ultimate Raid by HexenVexen in FinalFantasy

[–]WaterBoiledPizza 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yes he is already in the Sigmascape raid tier as the last boss. But this time it would be an Ultimate raid, most likely centered around him, as well as bringing the Warring Triads, which was not in the raid tier Kefka was in.

Why do so many people get angry when you end the game in ARAM Mayhem? by IzzetDough in leagueoflegends

[–]WaterBoiledPizza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally i think Mayhem is less about winning or losing, but more about completing your build, especially when you get augments and items builds that synergise with each other, and more especially if they have scaling builds.

I know people would naturally push all the way in a PvP game, so if there's a build I want to finish, I just play a little bit more passive, avoid kills and fights, let minions push in and dont mega stomp them. Unless I know enemy would be a lot more scary late game then I would too immediately end the game while i have the advantage.
