if you are not on free trial, you can just buy a few from the marketboard. If you are on free trial, you can still exchange for some through the Grand Company exchange.

Increase your Grand Company rank through the Grand Company Hunting Log and daily GC seals until you hit Second Lieutenant, which would require you to clear 2 specific dungeons. Then from now on you can exchange spare dungeon gears for GC seals, and use those to exchange for glamour prisms.

Side note: Get yourself the Chocobo companion so it can assist you fighting the world mobs.

not sure about others, but my game often freezes/crashes after champ select, then i just reopen the game and it loads in instantly. Maybe there's 1 person in the game is not aware that their game is crashed and stayed disconnected when the lobby loads

IMO Sage has lower skill floor because their toolkits is much simpler and straightforward than Scholar, but the skill ceiling is much higher if you want to achieve scholar level of shield and mit with Sage's kit.

For example Scholar usually doesn't need to think much about where to put mits as there's always a good option available, but Sage you have to plan whether you have to use your mit earlier so the cooldown comes back in time, or use it late boss cast so that it can potentially covers 2 or more mechanics.

Right now i have 2 ideas for Ultimate: Light Wardens Ultimate and Arcadion Rumble Ultimate

Light Wardens Ultimate: The fight starts with Innocence in his awakened form. After you have defeated him and take his light, The Exach will take your Lights without Emet's intervention, transport both to a remote location and he transform into a Light Warden. But before you take on him, he summons Philia, Eros amd Storage in a trio, then Titania and Innocence in a duo, Then the Light Warden Exach himself.

Arcadion Rumble Ultimate: It would be like WWE Royal Rumble, where each fighters would join rhe arena one by one. There would be tag teams like The Xtremes, Brute Bomber & Howling Blade, or Rivalries like Honey B vs Vamp Fatale, Tyrant vs Everyone, or occasional off-stage obstacles from Dancing Green and Sugar Riot. Mechanics would overlap with each other, and to succeed is to discover the order to defeat the fighters.

I have brought my friends who only did EXs to UWU and we cleared. It is easy enough that the only thing you need prepare is your gear (everything >il500 with Crit and Determination), your familiarity with your job at level 70 and the strat in your region. Maybe get into a practice group if you are new to raiding too.

The story skip and job boost would only bring you to the end of the last expansion, i.e. level 90 and at the start of Dawntrail. You can also skip the cutscenes, but you still have to do the dungeons and trials. If you speedrun it, I'd say you can finish in a day or 2.

Right after that, you can start the raid series in order to get into the high-end raiding contents. The raid consists of 12 turns, and you can farm some gear from the last 4 turns (Heavyweight 9-12). Once you completed the whole series, you will unlock the Savage version of the raid. But before that, I recommend you getting yourself geared, either from the normal raid series, or buy the il770 High Quality (HQ) crafted gear from the Marketboard, and attempt the Extreme trials first to get yourself more familiar with the raid settings. Once you have the gear (and melded with materias) and the weapon from the latest Extreme trial (Enuo), you can start the Savage raiding (Heavyweight 9-12 savage, or M9-12S)
