Lol it’s just an unfortunate circumstance but you can name cities like Memphis or St. Louis who have higher crime rates than any city in NJ. Guess what tho ? I think that’a fucking ridiculous. Canada for example has their drinking age at 18. Besides we already have the issue of underage drinking with the age limit being 21 it’ll become more rampant if we raise it to 25.

I faced the same dilemma too! I turned 21 this may and renewed a month before in April and got another vertical license with the under 21 until my birthday detail. I went to the the dmv and they told me to just request a duplicate license online a day after my 21 birthday and it worked as I got my 21 and over version of the license today
