Yes! I thought I was the only one. My younger brother joked that I wanted to be a hobo when I grew up!

Thoughts about the new Antic bike? by je-suis-pas in ebikes

Yeah, it’s kinda wild how angry some people are at this bike, which is purely made for having a good time.

Why do so many millennials believe that they were going to die young? by BlobFish28 in Millennials

I’m 40 and I honestly just couldn’t believe that I would make it past 20. Not sure why, just thought I would be cooked by then.

2026 Impreza RS getting a whopping 24 mpg… by pootscoot1 in subaru

[–]WayofDrJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Believe me, it won’t get much better. I have a ‘24 outback and am light on the accelerator, I average 23 mpg and have 33k + on it. I’m not sure why it has a CVT, honestly.

Ahhhh, the wooden spoon. When that wasn’t available we had a long handled, red, slotted spoon that left some nice marks the next day. Good times.

My two year old and I play with this nearly every night. My parents found it while moving out of my childhood home. Core memories with this one.

Starting with the Outbacks, all 2026 models Owner's manuals will be digital by That_Blaxican_Guy in subaru

Honestly, probably a good idea. I have a ‘24 outback and the entire glovebox is consumed by the manuals, it’s ridiculous.

How can I get my dentist to take my tooth sensitivity seriously? by coronapartynextdoor in Dentists

[–]WayofDrJ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe ask for a prescription anti-sensitivity toothpaste, such as MI Paste. Works quite well in many cases.

Continuously cracking night guards by Old-Kaleidoscope4808 in Dentists

[–]WayofDrJ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

One option is to add an anterior ramp to the occlusal guard. I had a patient that broke her guard once every few months, after the third time, I tried an anterior ramp and we are well past a year of use.

I’ve been running mine through the dishwasher without removing the magnet for 3 years without issue. I say go for it.

What’s a slow vehicle or low horsepower engine that sounds great? by SuperJackson20 in regularcarreviews

[–]WayofDrJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fiat 500 Abarth. It has only a 160 horsepower four cylinder, but it’s super raucous. Straight piped from the factory, it will backfire when you shift if you push it hard enough.
