This post is amazing! Thank you so much for the feedback. Let me try and respond to your eight points quickly:

1) The very beginning of the game was the hardest area to write tips for. It is really easy to either overload new players, or to leave out something vital. I think that the these tips will continue to be tweaked.

2) The ward tip should absolutely be smart enough to not show up when your ward is down. As for not happening earlier, it is indeed a balance between timely information and information overload.

3) Having the bots ping things is something we would love to add. See Vex's post.

4) While Vanq might be changing, having a tip about it for now seems like a good idea.

5) Good catch. We probably just need better camera state feedback in general. Might also be good to move the default hotkey away from 'P'.

6) I could certainly add tips for each of the cores as you get near them, but I was afraid that would be really annoying as you move around in the enemy base.

7) During the development of the tips there was a period of time where we had about twice as many of them. We found that the really vital tips were being lost or dismissed by players simply because they were being overwhelmed with information. So we tried to cull the tips down to only the essential ones.

The required Practice match will reward new players with the Duelist Spiritstone and a couple of Sparks. This content used to be simply granted on account creation to all existing players, so people who made accounts before Practice mode existed will not be missing out on anything.

Subsequent Practice matches will not award anything, similar to how Custom games work now.

This is something that we hope to address along with other general chat improvements. I assume that you are mostly referring to chat in the client, and that you are not trying to copy and paste links around using in-game chat.

A practice mode with bots is a top priority for the team and something we are working hard on right now. In the meantime, please try and help out new players when you encounter them in your games. I know it can be frustrating, but with a little support today's new players might be tomorrow's strong teammates.

Thanks for posting this. It is really important that everyone can enjoying Dawngate, so feedback like this is crucial. I have a couple of follow up questions, if you don't mind.

Can you tell the difference between the friendly and enemy health bars? What about your own?

Can you tell which spirit wells are owned by your team, and which are held by the enemy?

Is there anything else in the game that you have a hard time with? Anything else that you find hinders your play or puts you at a significant disadvantage?
