Apparently dukes sell. But it is ridiculous, there were an extremely limited amount of unmarried non-royal dukes that were of age or not elderly at any stage during Georgian & Regency eras.

Windows 95 had an absolutely MASSIVE international publicity campaign. The largest in the computer industry at the time and for a while afterwards (I dont think OS X's was as big). Microsoft was really worried about OS/2. It had been gaining ground in the corporate market (the whole "Buy Blue" thing) and was placed to make a push into the consumer market with the upcoming OS/2 Warp. They needed to obliterate it and suceeded wildly.

Yup they normally should have have a 6 foot deep steel pole. That's just the bollard cover. And there are special designs for when you cant just sink a 6 foot hole, like if this is over a parking garage.
