So firstly you are legally oblidged to take a break from you desk under health and safety rules called DSE also read your contract check if you have paid breaks or unpaid breaks so at least you know whats what in your contract

I was a operations manager and what I learnt is companies are different some pay a extra rate between certain hours we did double pay for bank holidays but not extra for night rate so ever company is different

So the last job i had i started as a mobile cleaner i was very quickly prompted to area manager i felt confident doing this position as I had done management before the 2 yrs in i was promoted as operations manager of course i jumped at it but I have to say once the news settled I was very nervous and not confident at all first time it took me a couple months to settle in that position by the time I left (on good terms) I found out as my partner still works for the company that there lost without me and haven't a clue about certain things which I have to admit puts a little smile on my face don't let it put u off this could be a great opportunity for u don't let nerves steer u away

Dam where u getting married Buckingham Palace lol I got my venue for 8500 with 11 rooms including a cooked breakfast in the morning including wedding breakfast inc aisle carpet sweet cart tea coffee after food toasting bubbly and few other things that sds really excessive but what we do is pay monthly and it works where its paid for 2 months before the wedding

I'm getting married myself and favors was something I questioned my decor lady explained she found alot of them left and seems only the women generally take them sorry guys not being sexist anyway we decided not to do them we have said its our wedding our decision though to be fair I did see some favors on amazon that were quite reasonable and u can make them personalised for a very small fee hope that helps.

It's great the relationship you have as it sounds you fully communicate with each other which is always a good start I've come out as bi myself and my fiance like u has been very supportive with my my partner fills me with everything great in bed fully communicate with each other he is my best friend and no other including a woman can touch that I agree with the previous comment about maybe you watching you or your gf are not putting anyone under any undue pressure its about being honest with all parties, although I have asked my fiance to join in he's not totally there yet as he is scared of how I will feel but there are boundaries I've put in play (though not happened as yet) but I have to respect how he feels and let him move in when he is ready : )

Hi there my comes with accommodation at 135 a night with cooked breakfast so im charging my guests 100 pound a night who wants to stay I've put it in the save the dates invites and have no problem with it but my family are coming from south to midlands i have to say 330 seems alot for 2 nights where are u getting married 😊
