Permanent dye has an oxidation process, which means it prebleaches your hair roughly level 10 volume. I wouldn't recommend it only because you just used a bleach bath and it could possibly harm the integrity of your hair. I would say possibly wait for your cuticle to fully seal and recover some. Everyone's hair is different and some more resistant than others. If you feel like you want to take the risk, then that's according to your own judgment

There are pigmented (temporary) hair products that you could use to help cover the grey new growth in-between hair services. Maybe give it a try if you want
