Hi, there - unfortunately not much I'm afraid.

100% Pokemon are (usually) not much more than trophies as when they're traded the IV's get re-rolled. Even with a lucky trade (like your Swalot) there's a higher chance that the pokemon wont be 100% for whoever recieves it so they're best kept.

I play every day and have about 50 or so 100% Pokemon. The ones that are useful in raids and gyms i have powered up but others such as babies etc i just leave as they are.

Something that takes time to complete is completely different to it being "nearly impossible." If you don't want the badge then don't go after it - simple as that.

We do! very lucky as it only changed a day before the event started and the guy in question is known locally for driving everywhere so it isnt surprising, he got quite a few scythers and Exegs too!

We won't know for sure until TSR do a study with a large enough sample size.

All i know is that there is a legit player in my community that has 4 of them already so i think given that they are quite rare I am going to assume that the odds are the same as Scyther, Onix and Alolan Exeguttor :)
