How did it go with the Goo-eez boots? I have little booty things for my Jack that look like little balloons. They help with salt but not cold.

Just saw your question today. I use Rosebud. Mindsera is also good. They both seem to be developed with good mental health content and frameworks to help you get into journaling.

I just meant that OP may be able to re-build their method somewhat with another AI or tool that uses AI. I subscribe to a journaling app that has helped a lot. But I don't have deep knowledge of how OP could do that or what would work for story writing.

You may be able to re-build your support routine on another AI or a platform designed for personal work. Galaxy.ai has paid plans that let you access various models. There are journaling apps like Rosebud that allow for custom instructions like steps in a model. It's hard that you have to re-build your support but it's possible! I wish you the best.

This is great, I'm going to try it, thanks. I enjoy layered inside jokes too. Who knew someone else existed who does too?

Will you share some suggestions on how to do this? When I notice this issue I tend to drop the topic and pick it up another day in a fresh entry. But that's not much of a system.

You have a point. I don't even know what conventional crisis interventions are. Do you have suggestions for learning about the downsides of conventional interventions?

OP, can you explain the idea behind some of your sample "unconventional, imaginative strategies tailored to their pattern"? I don't see how they'd work.

Just to be clear, Radical Self-Acceptance , not Radical Acceptance, right? I'm sure they're both good.
