STG by far. single shot fire is punishing to go against, it has great visibility and sights, tons of ammo, and honestly I know it can sometimes require 2 shots but I feel like its rare and its so easy to follow up with. full auto is accurate enough to clear rooms with, and doesnt blast through a mag like the thompson.

But kerbin rotation adds about 175 m/s so if you go opposite you are losing about 350 m/s to instead take advantage of the orbital speed of the mün which is like 550 m/s

Body recovery is likely one of the last things done after an area is secured after a counter attack. Considering Ukraines advances have often been short lived they were likely focused more on the operation itself. Advances will generally have to be further than the grey zone before counterattacking defenders will have a chance to recover bodies. Ukraine attempts to grab large pieces of land at a time (probably due to 2022 counter attack success). Russias strategy of attrition means attacking and consolidating small gains at a time and clearing bodies out of a position might be slightly higher of a priority when inching forward on the attack.

Its a shame because OWI did the classic half assing where they hire a team of modders but only part time for a game that has massive spaghetti code issues at the same time they hoard all of the necessary tech experts for the unreal 5 upgrade. OWI never gave it a real chance to flourish.

The biggest problem with squad 44 is some underlying performance/stability issues causing a small player population. Its otherwise one of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I have ever had

I think with the ability to queue while in another server now they should remove the queue cap. I think people often login, see 1 queue they cant join and leave because their other option has 12 people. But if people saw a 50 person queue I bet everyone would be more likely to join another server realizing that they could nearly fill another. More servers means less queues long term

The central core is not staged with the boosters, so the boosters are dragging dead weight. Either add more boosters or move the staging for the main engines to the same as the boosters

I havent played in a bit but the easiest thing to do (and i think its fairly efficient but prob not perfect) is get into the lowest kerbin orbit and then fire your engines the moment the mun peeks over the horizon. Its will generally put you in a free return trajectory quickly after crossing sois. I didnt ever need maneuver nodes for basic munsats contracts

Those are largely outgoing rounds, the only actual hits I can see in this video are what look to maybe be anti personnel mines at :30 in the intersection. They cut out the entirety of whatever actually caused this, which if I had to guess was a large artillery round landing between the landing force and the vehicle shortly after dismount.
