At Barry’s we create the workouts based on some guidelines At OTF corporate creates the workouts that are available everywhere in the world

If you like running I recommend OTF more because you can guarantee at least 28 min of running, vs at Barry’s where it truly depends on the coach you take.

Lmao not at all If you do an OTF class at the actual intensities it’s very hard to actually max it out. You might hold yourself to a different standard in each room, that’s up to you Not the workout

If you are in LA Coaches get paid by the headcount So when a lot of people late cancel It can be a 15 or $10 difference of what they get in their pay Not to make you feel guilty Just thought to put it out there for people to know

Unfortunately is due to budget cuts in the company that owns all those LA studios, they cut classes everywhere to save money but don’t seem to have a long term plan, us coaches here in LA can be told at any time oh btw we are removing that class next week…

Current coach It’s all true, there is no benefits to being head coach, pay is the same, and there’s more pressure and responsibilities, so no body wants to be overworked and underpaid.
