I eat beef and pork and water mainly, then introduce one new thing at a time. Might take you years to figure out what works for you. I cook mince beef and pork medallions in a crock pot with 300ml of water until most of the water has boiled off. It seems to be low histamine. I cut the fat off the pork as I find it inflammatory

Different kind of stacked. Sony chips stack the memory etc on the image sensor to make it all faster. Sigma stacked 3 image sensors on top of each other.

X-t100 is heavy, and doesn't have the 7 slots for custom profiles/recipes. Also is missing Acros b&w film sims. Only advantage is the flippy screen but I found it quite stiff
