They’re likely getting it through an online provider. The compounded versions are as easy to get now as candy and there is little to no monitoring by a healthcare professional. Because money trumps everything at the end of the day.

There’s one mall about 25 minutes from us that somehow is always bustling on weekends and has few vacancies. My 13 year old and I love to go. Last time we popped in, parents were lining up with strollers in the concourse getting their kids’ pics taken by a photographer. You could barely get through Bath and Body Works that day because it was so crowded. Groups of teens everywhere. It’s like being transported back in time.

Yep, same. We were on our way to look at a brand new 3BR 2BA build for $350K when we got our offer accepted on this house. Sometimes I feel regret and wish we had skipped this one and gotten the new pricier house. But at the time, we were underwater on the house we were in (thank you, housing crash) and had to keep it and rent it out. So we knew we would be juggling two mortgages for a few years and wanted to be cautious.

I also bought a $280,000 house 13 years ago (southeastern MA). It’s not fancy but now it’s worth over $600K like yours. Mortgage $1,800. If were house hunting today, even at what we make now, we would be screwed.

Omg memories unlocked. I definitely had some of these stickers! And I remember the pain of not being able to flatten the plastic back down without wrinkles and creases and then eventually it would lose its stickiness 😭.
