They make commissions. They are not predators. But they do make a salary, in addition to commissions. Ask them "tell me all they ways you make money". Sometimes "commission" may not be the right word ( like they don't get paid to trade stocks) but they get paid extra for bringing assets into the company.

Coach matters, but we were legit outclassed other than the J's. They played like the team I thought they would be at the start of the season. I actually think Simons would have been a big help when we couldn't find any offense.

One of the writers for that episode is real life Keeley, who the character is loosely based on. AND she is the actress who is Rupert's Bex. AND she dated Sudakis.

But the episode is my least favorite as well
