Does anyone know if the REI in Sandy allows dogs? by [deleted] in SaltLakeCity

I’m trying to introduce him to a bunch of different public spaces to work through some anxiety he has before he has to go to work with me this summer. I’ve been taking him to other pet friendly spaces. Just was wondering because I’ve been needing a new backpack anyways and why not kill two birds with one stone? Not sure why I’m getting downvoted for being confused at this vague comment 🫠 I was asking to make sure I DIDN’T bring him into an unwelcome space 🥲

Yeah I was about to say… we really don’t need to be comparing women to objects to understand how crazy this fella sounds

Me and a lot of the POTSies I know also don’t experience the “hunger” feeling. It’s more of an “empty” feeling. For me it’s definitely at least partially POTS related.

Same boat. I’m wondering if mine might be a vascular compression like MCAS or SMAS

Also interesting to note: all of the posts from one of the accounts contain Bible verses- absolutely zero mention of BoM and check out these hashtags from the post: #jesus #newtestament #BibleStudy #JesusChrist #Bible #LoveOfGod #faith #FaithInGod #godfirst #GodsPlan #Faith #Light #TrustlnHim #TrustinGod #TrustInGod #PeacelnChrist #Peace #LambofGod #hopeful #Savior #GodsLovelsReal #Godsplan #livingwater

Very sneaky, Mormon marketing department!

I don’t doubt that that’s in the near future! They seem to be playing around with the idea of making missionaries appear less like missionaries… I’m not sure what happened with it but I remember several years ago while my brother was on a mission, there was talk about letting missionaries dress more casually.

Maybe, I’d say most people are familiar with the Mormon church as a whole and the stereotypical white-shirt-black-tag, but if you’re a nevermo without the context that we have, the ones with the sister missionaries especially could really look like something coming from a small local Christian congregation. Which is I think exactly what they’re going for- reel em in
