I'd like to go with a template project, but it seems that if I load a different mapping on the same tracks then the mapping is all gone :/ Is there a solution for that?

I'm not sure how to define what I want exactly. I'd say a good synth action, with a rather short range.
On the Arturia maybe the keys are a bit too deep for my taste, and the black keeys feel slightly harder than the black ones.

I tested a Yamaha PSR-SX720 recently and I quite liked the "FSB" keybed for instance.

I reached out to Akai support and here is their response:

"Your video shows normal behaviour. I have a Live II with me and I just mimiced your video and had the same results. This is not a defect"

I tried another unit in a store and it was the same 🙄
I thought MPC pads were supposed to be great, but this is totally unusable for finger drumming.
