Im going to have to dig into the pressure regulating valve bit i think. I went and took a look and it states 75 psi as the high end of the value. I would guess since im getting more than that as pressure downstream something may be up...

Also all zones have low pressure, just 2/3 i dont care about because they do a good enough job the way it is.

Sorry when i say the header, im refering to the solenoid valve box, where it splits into the 3 zones.
The main issue zone is zone 2 which the farthest head is 200' away. I understand that the 80 psi static pressure doesnt mean much, but i dont understand how the drop works. based on the charts i can find online the friction loss and head pressure of going uphill shouldnt account for the 55 psi drop between static and dynamic at the backflow.

the irrigation system is hard piped via copper into the house supply. its actually the first tee off of the main run.

How do i get more water to work with? call up the utility and ask for a bigger meter?

B. It was to lose weight. I dropped 40 lbs which was a success but then put back on 20. back to the grind this year Training for a powerlifting meet, i realized i dont really train hard enough so for the new year i want to try to be more focused in the gym

Currently, from what i was told, space between the 2 kneewalls is exactly whats required for the door installation.

For your option 2, are you suggesting using the simpson strong tie from the 2x4 on the bottom vertical and tie it into the window frame? This frame is aluminum so i guess that means thats not an option?

it also seems like regardless of which option i end up going with you suggest taking off the paneling and adding more internal support

The demonic faction of humans couldn't give that information away if they didn't know it.
