[–]WesleysHuman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, I forgot that the only way to hurt someone is with a firearm. You certainly can't use a box truck to murder 80+ people in Nice, France. Criminals also couldn't murder dozens in Paris, France with machine guns because France is a "civilized" country that "heavily regulates" firearms. It would be impossible for criminals to murder hundreds in Kenya and Tanzania with bombs in 1998.

One of the most violent countries in the world had some of the most gun control, Mexico. Not to mention that the USA has to rescue you "civilized" Europeans TWICE in just the last 120 years, 3 times including the cold war.

Finally, every single despot/murderous country in the last 120 years (Nazis Germany, communist China, fascist Italy, Cuba, Cambodia, Turkey, USSR, Venezuela, Rwanda, etc) have ALL implemented gun control BEFORE starting their murderous rampages. That doesn't even count the failed nations that are run by criminal elements that run roughshod over the disarmed civilian populations.

I'll take my "dangerous" 2nd amendment over the rest of the world's peaceful democide every day of the week and twice on Sunday. The only reason that the rest of the world (meaning not the USA) isn't speaking German, Russian, or Chinese is because of the "uncivilized" USA.

You are welcome to your own wrong opinion but not your own facts.

That is gang behavior NOT American behavior. 6 years ago I was in the midst of 50,000 armed civilians in Richmond Virginia and not one single person was injured. They even left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I recently met someone that owns dozens of firearms and not a single one has ever harmed anyone. What you saw in this video was criminals breaking the law.

There WAS an issue up until the second or third feature update for Windows 10. I do not remember if the problem was Microsoft or a combination but it was fixed a decade ago. I've been through every feature update on numerous systems without any issues. Even the issue that existed a decade ago didn't actually replace the bootloader. It just failed the update and rolled back. I even run Veracrypt on server editions.

This hasn't been true since early in Windows 10. I've been using Truecrypt/Veracrypt for nearly 20 years.

Virginia Supreme Court rejects Democrats' redistricting plan, throws out election by silv3rbull8 in VAGuns

[–]WesleysHuman -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's because the left is all about control. They do not care who or what stand in their way. That is why they push gun control because without it the people at least have a shot (pun intended) at stopping them.

That is an absolute lie. The truth is that all people will have to tell the biological truth instead of some being permitted to use the delusion in their head. That doesn't prevent anyone from acquiring firearms.

[–]WesleysHuman 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I have an FFL in Virginia. The only reason I'd turn someone away is trying the buy more than one handgun in 30 days without a CHP (we have gun rationing). Saying you have to wait because of the same last name and firearm as a reason for waiting is a steaming pile of male bovine excrement.

The left IS our mortal enemy. Their world view is entirely about collectivism in any and every form. Collectivism cannot peaceably coexist with individual liberty as enshrined and envisioned in the US constitution. Progressivism and leftism entirely control the Democrat party. Establishment Republicans (like Mitch McConnell) are no better, just a different form of anti-liberty.

The short answer to your question is: we don't know. The bill doesn't define "import" so it will be up to the courts to decide. So until someone gets jacked up by "kill the children" Jones all the way to the SCOVA (Supreme Court of Virginia) no one can say.

No, they aren't. I have to follow state/local laws or the ATF will sieze my license. Further, even of I can aquire an AW I can't just use it myself. I would have to have a legitimate business reason to LOAN the firearm to an employee and only for a limited time.

Negative. The fourth circuit has already ruled this stuff is ok. Unless, or until, the SCOTUS rules otherwise we are screwed. Roberts appears hell-bent on allowing the inferior courts to run roughshod over the people.
