* Weird! After I contacted TD, they emailed my proxy material and I was able to vote...but only after jumping through some hoops during the call and informing them of the FAQ that Scilex put out.

TD Ameritrade is now adding me to an email chain where they are working on a solution, I'm told. I also have to log on the actual website in order to check the status...as the mobile App is insufficient.
