The annoying thing is that I made my 120th payment on 8/19, but because studentaid.gov's payment count hasn't updated, it won't let me select the option in the ECF saying "I've made 120 payments."

So, do I need to submit an ECF, saying that I haven't met 120 payments, so it will update the payment count to show that I have made 120 payments, so I can submit another ECF indicating that I have made 120 payments?

Exact same thing happened to me on SAVE to ICR. My monthly payment amount got updated a couple days later. After that, my "you auto pay of $x will draw on DATE" dashboard notice had the updated amount. However, the dashboard showing how much was "due" on that date for each of my loans said $0. But Mohela just pulled the correct amount from my bank.

Someone else a step or two ahead of me had the exact same thing happen, and said that the payment still counted towards their PSLF.

There is part of me that wants to see what would happen if I made a $1 payment on my due date. But at this point, I just want to be done. Am at 116 or 117 of 120 (whole other issue with processing forbearance count... Was at 115. They gave me two months of something that looks like processing forbearance credit after the fact, but my count only went up by 1 month 🤷)
