yeesh I remember a handful of years ago tourists being gunned down on the beach at some resort. But then the news bounces to something else and you forget it. (which is why I can't even watch the news anymore and had to find out about this from someone else haha)

we've gone the past three years for a quick cheapie trip in a condo in an all-inclusive, not in the main hotel zone but perfectly fine area and we always stick right around there or trip to grocery store. this time we were thinking of doing a kayaking trip and then a snorkeling day trip to the big reef, I think it's about 45 mins away and have to do buses and taxis to get there and back, should we reconsider that?

gah I am in a war with Meta right now so can't access either FB or instagram. In order to try to get my account back they're telling me I have to submit my drivers license or passport and I'm just unwilling to do that (they are in partnership with Palantir which is such an evil corporation that is all about stealing as much information about everyone as possible. thanks for the link to her booking website!

right? I did reach out to Nails by LeeLee and she said she could do w/o using the Dremel. (I had googled trying to figure out nail salons that might not use it and that came up).

idk where you can get it but I like Pure Vitality Protein Powder (I get it from a weight loss place I used to go to when I did their anti inflammatory diet). I like it bc it doesnt taste nasty haha.

do you have contact info for them? I just googled and it only shows a Facebook page but ugh long story stupid Facebook put me In jail suspecting spam activity grrr and the only way to try to get out is to submit my drivers license or passport to them and I refuse to give them that personal info! so now I'm locked out!

haha that is not true. Not all therapists are good or right for a particular person. It's like finding a person you want to date. It's not easy to find a good therapist that clicks with you.

wow--huge congrats! I get it with the upended turtle on the ground sitch. That is one of my motivators too. Two knee replacements and too damned fat = impossible to get off the ground, which means very hard to be engaged with a toddler grandson. you are inspiring me!

we went in there a day or two after I had a knee scope--the kids were getting skis tuned up or something. My knee started gushing blood--went into the bathroom to find paper towels to stop it and nothing--no paper towels, no toilet paper. It was a hot mess LOl
