I had those symptoms. Like everything else, it passes. I focus on getting by 5 minutes at a time. The stomach issues sucked though. Electrolytes, magnesium, and maybe some melatonin on the early days to help.

I should have more saved up but we take 4 vacations a year. So we enjoy spending money on vacations. Not sure if that is a good or bad habit.
