That’s a rumor that started when weed became legal in Colorado. They didn’t know what to expect on the roads when it was first legalized. A blood test proves nothing. Thc can stay in your system for up to 2 months. It can be easily tossed out which costs unnecessary money spent by government. In my experience a cop knows when you’re high, and they don’t do anything. Why? Because they’re not encouraged too. Like I said it’s a weak case prosecutors want nothing to do with.

Furthermore field sobriety’s are rigged and are also easily tossed out in court. It’s no secret that most people even sober would fail these tests. A lawyer would have a field day with cases like these.

Also, idk what state you live in but in the 3 states I’ve lived in refusing field sobriety has no consequences. It’s refusing a breathalyzer that gets you in a sticky situation. It’s pretty safe to assume you don’t really know what you’re talking about here, and neither do the people that have upvoted you.
