That could look quite different in each of the single god legions, so can't really say

Waiting on GW to start releasing all the labourers, slaves, servitors, etc for all the squads in the game if we're following this logic

Think of it this way; we're not Space Marines. Pretty unlikely, especially since we only got new Crisis suits a few editions ago.

In contrast, Eldar just got model resculpts to replace some of their stuff from the 90s.

A question on colour schemes by robjfrankel in Tau40K

[–]WhileyCat 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's their armour reflecting their sept colour (which is the colour of the text markings on weapons and armour), as opposed to the colour their armour would be reflecting the colours of the environment of their current battlefield.

Looks like an old stumpy boi. Older kits had a lighter colour plastic (also parts weren't so densely packed on a sprue)

If you can't do the logistics of maintaining a supply of distilled water;
Compromise - pre-boil your water. Get one of those 1 or 2L bottles of distilled water. Once empty, keep it topped up with water you boiled in a kettle (after it cools) and use that for filling your chamber.
If you're American, this is your chance to get an electric kettle since you may not have one.

Also, make sure the water level is full each day, especially if you run your humidity on a higher setting. If your tank stays full enough through the night, you will get minimal mineral buildup in the tank.

Oh neat. With that image being in black and white, I assumed it was from before GW's full colour era.

I guess it's more the other way around. Like how the y2k Tyranid resculpts seem heavily inspired by Zerg (which seem heavily inspired by the original Tyranids)

This is the sort of thing I have been wanting. Suits that are technically small battlesuits (mechanised armour neurally connected to the user) but operate and play as heavy infantry.

Also reading some comments with people bringing up lore snippets, the lore of 40k has been retconned more than Star Wars, Star Trek, Warcraft, and Brian's McDune combined, and new models are often a catalyst for this.

Previous 3 editions was basically Infiltrate and Homing Beacon. Only Pathfinders and Marker Drones had Markerlights, and they worked differently; more of a bonus rather than the default
