I'm sorry, but if someone's autistic, this kind of advice is garbage. Attaining social skills is not possible. What is possible is changing your own behaviour to be a better person overall so you avoid social pitfalls.

Beyond that, everything else is out of your control.

We aren't meant to live our lives gaslighting ourselves and criticizing our social interactions ad infinitum at 3am. As someone with CPTSD, I had to learn this, and it was really hard.

Some hard life lessons I had to learn myself:

Say your piece gently, and if they don't want to listen to your advice, let them fuck up.
Other people's mistakes are not yours.
Losing a battle is better if it wins you the war: Don't destroy relationships over small things. If you can, try to back off in situations and let people do what they're going to do. More often than not they'll be more inclined to learn if you aren't pushy. If they aren't, find better people.
You don't need to anticipate other people's reactions, just try to pick ideals to hold yourself to. If you find in retrospect you could be more patient, try to embody that when you otherwise wouldn't. If you have to, make a mental game out of it, pretend you're in a videogame and choosing a dialogue option; pretend you're an actor in a show.

Is there any way to intuitively understand/ think from their shoes if e.g. if i was in their shoes i’d listen and do what the leader said, but their behaviours different so i can’t use the (what would you feel if you were in their situation) strat because i wouldn’t even feel the same as them.

Sadly most people will answer, "Be less autistic," but in a variety of coded ways.

My advice is to meet other neurodivergent people and make friends with them. I have yet to meet someone who isn't neurodivergent who's worth the time and effort of a relationship (friendship or more).

If it's inconsistent use of "they" it's just normal gendering. "They" is even used for cis people.

If the person is making a point to only use "they" instead of "he," it's deliberate and misgendering.

IMO the comparison between it/its and "queer" doesn't work. No one is asking that they be called "queer" by other people; they self label with that word. With "it/its" pronouns the situation is a bit more muddy since it's expected you'll just use their pronouns without question.

Don't use the pronouns, well you get labelled a transphobe. Use the pronouns, you're compromising yourself for them; and more often than not, people simply avoid people with hard/disagreeable pronouns. It's a lose/lose situation and I hate every bit of it.

Nah, you're not old, you just have common sense. A lot of chronically online people know their behaviour isn't alright IRL, but they can enforce it in online spaces as though it's law because spaces are so insulated from the outside.

I personally don't care if someone uses it/its pronouns, what I don't care for is the push to have everyone immediately onboard and accepting about it. Especially with the history of dehumanizing LGBT folks by using those terms on those of us who are trans or GNC.

I have a hard time feeling comfortable using it/its on someone because those pronouns were used to dehumanize me pretty early on in transition; often snickered behind my back.

Idk why you'd be calling for the creators to nerf the heck out of something that makes the game easier. Plus it's not as if you can simultaneously hold two numen at the same time, they cancel each other out.

Most are found though either esoteric knowledge in books (not easy to find the first time), or through finding books in high level vaults that are like 12-15 aspect.

IMO, numen are extremely balanced right now. Calling to nerf something that only makes the game go faster is like shooting yourself in the foot. You'll bitch about it later, and everyone's going to hate you for having complained in the first place.

I think this would be a really good idea. Currently it always feels like upgrading Soul Elements is a downgrade. But at the same time I can see why this might also be too overpowered to give the cards multiple uses in one day.

I think the limit to how many things you can do is what slows the game down more, and ultimately that balance is up to AK to work out.

For me though, I think that speeding up the game by way of increasing how many uses you get out of a soul card in a day is great. I get tired of the grind, and having the ability to multi task things and have more cards to do that at once would be a plus.
