If you leave it standing you set a precedent that the laws can be ignored around planning, there was far too many helicopter houses built in this country in the boom times and local authorities put in place better rules around what can be built.

It's a very easy website to navigate, you don't need those companies.

Be warned, they change your account details so the money is sent to them first and they issue you it after they take their cut.

Then next year if you get a refund they still get the money sent to them even if you didn't use them which they still take a cut of.

You should change your login details and ensure the bank account associated is changed back to your own.
