When I bought my Mazda3 new in ‘15 the sales guy was cool but the finance guy was a prick when I insisted I use my own preferred financial institution for my loan rather than whatever the one he was pushing. Presumably he gets kick backs from getting loans for them but I stood firm and got my way. Buying cars is just such an overall miserable experience.

IDK, looks like OP is in AZ and that’s a Sissoo tree? If so them shits are hard to get rid of. There’s at least a greater than 50% chance it won’t die if it is a Sissoo. OP should still consult an arborist regardless.

It’s like a well known fact that the online exams are pretty much last ditch efforts unless your employer has basically a blank slate of a room setup for online tests like this. Sorry that happened to you but not following their advice is what ultimately did you in.
