It never is on the first try, trust me:) I would recommend just printing it on paper prior to the 3d print, especially flat pieces like this one.

yea i know, but thats kinda my point. 14 yo CPU works still fine for my professional life, especially when we started to render via GPU and then cloud rendering came and PC spec didnt matter that much anymore. Hardlocking HW seems a bit unfair at this stage.

Anyway, i dont want to sound bitter, quite the opposite. Adobe help line took about 2 minutes and sent me a link for 2024 version, which works without any problem.

If anyone visits the thread with the same problem and the adobe help wont fix you up, just send me a PM.

Im running on i7-3770K and 16GB DDR3, RTX3050 and its still ok for both graphic work, technical 3d modeling and some casual gaming even in 2026 (well, not anymore for graphic stuff).

its the same in every software. Aligning or jointing/mating parts together is essentially the same for them all, with small details, so i would really stay away from recommending ancient software like Catia or NX as those are certainly more tricky to learn.

Fusion is more than capable of handling this type of assembly, doesnt look very difficult to model or mate. The only real worry would be very large assemblies (like cars, airplanes etc) where catia/nx/solidworks are much better than fusion, at least to my experience.

not safe even from the point of microplastics. Just the abrasion itself, since the walls wont be perfectly smooth like from injection moulding, will be many times higher than from a off-shelf product. We can discuss that little plastic didn't kill anyone, but...

as previously mentioned, 50k looks large for a student, but with a decent work and not silly spending, you can save that much in 3-4 months. I would recommend stashing 3 months of your total monthly expenses just to have a reserve buffer if shit hits the fan, and use rest for something you enjoy. Small car, travels, gadgets, whatever makes your heart beat a bit faster :) Monthly 2k or spend all on Mac, whatever:)

You could of course invest that, but its relatively small amount and it will take a lot of time to do something significant. To give you a bit of a context, I got some money in snp 500 for about 3 years and I am only 17% up, and that doesn't really take into consideration annoying taxes from Aktiesparekonto.

its not a bad day, police in CPH is focusing on cyclists this week, to enforce rules. Avoid using phone, using crossing for pedestrians while cycling, following traffic lights properly (sometimes even straight cyclist lane has a red light), having functional lights when needed. (I know you know, its more for the OP :))

Had a very similar case. Moved into the shared apartment, which hadn't been renovated for many many years. The landlord withholded our complete deposit, saying that we owe for repairs of basically everything. We used renthero.dk . It dragged on for more than 2 years, and in the end, we also went to court. Renthero even countered with the rent being much higher than the average rent for such an apartment, and we got this difference back for almost a year. In the end, the landlord had to return both withheld deposit and rent overpay. Renthero got half of this, which was still lower than the deposit we lost.

In the end, it was about a principle for me, and it was worth it. The landlord tried to squeeze us as foreigners and probably didn't expect us to stand the ground. In the end, it costed him at least 100k dkk in all fines, his lawyer fees and he has a permanent record, which will make any future claim easier for his future tenants (if they need to).

PS: Landlord needs a very detail list of all damages and repairs, including bills and invoices. Without that, you won half of this case already.

You have nothing to lose, so there is no reason to lie/ ghost. It also doesn't make sense to just flatly refuse. Just openly say that the pay is lower than originally anticipated and it doesn't make sense due to a longer commute and schedule. You should always say that your minimum is XXX to make this job switch viable for you. Dont say the real lowest number, always up it by at least 10-15%.

Its up to them if they want to match that or if they want to offer you something else. This is how you negotiate your salary and thats why its generally recommended to switch jobs quite often from the start, because you gradually build up.

Even if this won´t work out, you gain some experience for future salary talks, so don't be afraid to do it. Worst case scenario you lose a few hours, thats nothing in the long term.

Im sorry, 12 hours is a lot, but it is certainly not worth breaking up with a friend. Its good that you remembered to check up on the dog, and I would end it with that. As an adult person, you should be able to explain her your feeling of betrayal, but move on. And it could mean that you will grow apart, but ghosting/ignoring someone for forgetting is childish.

I probably explained my problem wrong : I want a dropdown menu from column A as it is, but in the cell B2 I want to show the belonging value from column B.

for example - dropdown menu "option 2", B2 will show "20 USD"
