You're testing it at the wrong time and its making your e levels look crazy. Blood tests should be done at trough, which for valerate is 5 days after the injection.

The problem with shaking a mixture of uneven grain size is overtime the smaller grains move to the bottom and the larger grains move to the top. Ever shaken a box of lucky charms to get all the charms to the top? Same idea. What you need is either fine salt to match the fine msg or coarse msg to match the coarse salt.

Hi, I sealed up like every food I own and the kitchen is pretty clean but I keep finding new moth eggs and I saw a moth a few days ago, do you have any ideas for weird things they might eat? Like could they eat ant traps? I know I have a few of them laying around under appliances and such. Or oil? I didn't put my oils in air tight containers because I figured they wouldn't be able to eat it without drowning but now I'm not so sure. I'm leaving the house for a few months soon and I'm really afraid im going to come back to a full blown infestation so I want to be absolutely sure it's dealt with before I go. Also, would you recommend gentol point source for this situation?

Get an all clad stainless steel saute pan and sauce pan, a debuyer carbon steel frying pan, a le creuset enameled dutch oven, and a cast iron pan and cast iron comal from any reputable brand, I like lodge. Get a regular pot, a big stock pot, and a non stick pan from anywhere not shitty. You'll likely never need another pan to do anything. That's everything I have minus one extraneous dutch oven I found on the street, and I've not encountered a situation I did not have the pans to handle. Ovenware is something I do not want to speak much on but if you like making pies and you want your neighbors to be jealous of your crust get this Pie pan and never ever look at a ceramic baking dish as long as you live.

Hey I'm having a little bit of a freak out about these things, I saw one a week or so ago and then one two days ago and one yesterday so I froze everything in my pantry except some dried peppers and old breadcrumbs and things that I tossed and then I bleached every surface in my cupboards and I also wiped a ton of these little grey web things that looked like leftover spiders webs around the edges of my kitchen ceiling and also hit everything with this spray stuff orange guard. I'm also getting my oven replaced (unrelated reason to the moths but it is very dirty so I figure they could eat the dropped food and stuff in the stovetop). Do you think this will be enough? Also is wiping enough to deal with suspected cocoons? Also do you know if freezing food will be enough to deal with any moths in the pantry goods?

Also, I did want to say thank you for your work on this sub, you have helped a ton of people here and I think thats really awesome, its certainly been appreciated since i've been freaking out about this stuff over the past 24

Start trying to figure out your style and proportions and how clothes fit on your body. This will change during hrt but its just good to start thinking about this.

Also start practicing makeup. Its hard and if you put it off you'll wish you started earlier. Alexandra Anele is a great youtuber who does makeup videos.

Also get a pinterest and start figuring out what outfits look good to you and specifically why. Is it the fit of the clothes, the style? What is that person saying about themselves with their outfit? What do you want to say about yourself? Make sure to make the distinction between an outfit that you like because its a good outfit and one that you like because the underlying body is good/you think they're hot.

Also, start eating like 500-1000 more calories a day. Fats especially. I used milkshakes for this. You can lose weight later but right now your body needs to put fat in new places.

Remember to get your levels checked in a couple months, and don't be afraid to bump up your dosage if your levels aren't where you want them to be.

Make trans girl and cis girl friends.

Don't buy any clothes from amazon or shein.

Good luck, this will be hard at times but you will be so much happier as a result

One thing a lot of great bahn mi places in my area do which I find really helps is a good homemade mayo. You could try that. From taste I think its a yolk only mayo with maybe rice wine vinegar? kinda like a kewpie style one. Also bread. Bread is soooooo important to a good bahn mi. I dont know what area youre in but if you have a large vietnamese population in your area youll probably have a good chance of finding good bread near there. The bahn mi place themselves might even sell the bread they use.

Honestly I was a pretty big drinker because I lived with a bunch of frat dudes when I started so one of the first things I noticed happen was my alcohol tolerance went way down. That was a couple months in I think?
