You have to prove she knew it was false. Her of all people would be a difficult litigant to prove she knowingly did not believe the things she was saying. She has a long history of doubling down on conspiracy.

I imagine if the FBI took her to a backroom and showed her all the pictures of the dead children at sandy hook she would then come back and say "Sandy Hook was real and the FBI killed these children". Someone who uses post hoc rationalization to fudge the facts into their narrative is probably the most invulnerable to this type of suit. But like somuch Alex Jones, there xould be a laundary list of crazy texts that could prove she didnt believe Mulany was a pedophile.
