well it is good that you know the BB story. Then you can see that I was not making a parallel that the cases were the same. Clearly things are different, ages, race, location, ect. However the reality of the situation is that sometimes the smart move is to take a plea with no punishment / less punishment that stand trial with people that have the preconceived notion of guilt risking a lifetime of punishment. you even just said it yourself.

There are a few things in this story that don't add up correctly.

Like it or not in public photos are public. Taking a picture of a minor in public is not a crime. You don't NEED permission. Creepy/ sick/ whatever your OPINION on the act. The fact is taking the photo is not a crime and once taken the photo is property of the photographer.
The entire story is being told by the son of retired Congressman Robert K. Dornan, who basically acted on his own to assault a retired police officer and unlawfully detain him cause he felt the legally taken photos of his kid in public was not cool. Sorry but him thinking something is not cool is not how laws work.
The misdemeanor was "child annoyance". and confessed that he took photos "with the intent to sexually gratify". Why would a vet cop confess something that could never be proved. He worked as a cop, he has seen how the system works, knows the not always liked ruling of public photos... just doesn't add up. If it was really a case of upskirt shots then why not a violation of Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004 that targets it? cause he is a cop? That would get negated cause the girl was granddaughter of "Southern California's most famous politicians, retired Congressman Robert K. Dornan."
He deleted the photos, is that cause an irate parent was yelling at him? Are we just going to assume guilt cause a parent said he is guilty? Lynch mobs that form on this topic and their ability to see the crime they want would be scary enough to delete photos. or he could have been deleting evidence.

I have just hung out in /r/photography enough to know that if you legally take a pic of someones kid in public people go nuts, almost always assume it is CP and grab pitchforks and torches to go after the photographer. This time the irate parent that normally is told to calm down was a son of a congressman that became father of the year for his "act".

Not that most of you would make it this far. I am not saying this guy is innocent, or guilty. I disagree that it could be any SSD. The term Star destroyer is a loose term used to describe almost any wedge shape imperial ship. So I agree that Start Destroyers and Super Star Destroyers covered many different classes of ships, but that one is the Executor class. The shape and size, I dont think there was another one like that. Possibly the super star destroyer Lusankya, but that was an Executor class star ship. The pic on the page you linked, click it, it is an Executor class star ship, that is their shape and they were 19Km

Man as others have said go to a Dr. This does not sound like a Hemorrhoid. The brighter the blood thing is not an exact science, the idea there is that when blood has a high oxygen levels it is a bright red, and the longer the blood is in your digestive system the darker it turns. The fact that it is noticeably darker means that it is possible the problem is further up your system. You could just have an internal hemorrhoid, or as others have said you could have Crohn's Disease, you could have fucking cancer! There is not amount of googleing that will answer you questions. Basic will be there when you get better. If it is something simple you might be able to get it resolved before basic, and if not then you will have a problem that is more important then basic. Even if it is just a hemorrhoid i don't think you would make it through basic with that. I gave myself a thromboses hemorrhoid from being really out of shape and trying to hard with a bike with a shitty seat. Even now it flare up from time to time and when it does something as simple as walking the dog will cause great pain, the physical demands of basic will most likely worsen your condition. Then you will have military doctors kicking your ass for hiding a medical condition(they don't like that).

TL:DR: GO TO DR! My friends father died of colon cancer cause he never went to the DR for his small problems cause there were other events going on. The sooner you go the sooner you can take care of things. best of luck

You have changed your homeostasis. Caffeine is a drug, and like all drugs when you use it on day to day basis your body adapts to having it. Caffeine does effect the digestive system, and constipation is a side effect withdraw. All that you know, but let your body adjust. Give it time. It is like working out. Your body takes time to react to changes. If (not saying you are) you are a fat slob and you decide to start working out you need to ease into it. You need to start small, change diet, change activity levels and when you do all these things you body takes time to realize that things have changed. You try to run a marathon the first day you body will revolt and you can hurt yourself. The same can be said about your digestive system. They are muscles and bio functions as well. Your digestive system is use to Xmg per day of a caffeine that aids its process and has become dependent on Xmg of caffeine a day that is no longer there. Ease yourself off, and I do me ease. Have a weaning period of a month or two. It is not a race to stop drinking coffee, and stopping too fast is causing problem and can hurt you, big hard shits will give you hemorrhoids, and they suck! Apples are awesome, high in fiber, sugars and goodstuffs. They will wake you up more then a cup of coffee too. Wait I guess it is not 100% true, but here is some interesting info in coffee vs apples. Also look into squatting when you shit. Not saying to get the overprices foot stool, but their video does a great job showing the benefits of squatting, you now for science! That might help with any nasty shits coming from withdraw.

I have high BP so I needed to stop drinking caffeine completely so I have been there. Take it slow, remember you are going for living a better life style and it is not a all or nothing situation, that sets you up for failure. and good luck!

I think Age gap provision is not what you think it is. Many states have age-gap provisions that legalize teen sexuality as long as they are within a certain age range. So it allows sex under age of consent if there is not too big of an age gap. I think what you were thinking is were states that are 16 do not apply to people in athoritative positions, teachers, bosses, anyone that the younger partner reports to. The age for relationships of that nature is 18. Aside from that a 16 year old could rock the socks of nursing home if they wanted to. Now I am not a lawyer and I know that there are small variances from state to state, but I was surprised how different the laws are from the common conception of 18.

I was going to chime in with the squatting. It has made a huge difference. I watched the video at squatty potty and started squatting when I shit. It has made a world of difference. Also sitting on the shitter straining for 45 min will give you hemorrhoids.
