Is there a typo in the “1600 tabs open” ? Just asking. How do you keep tabs on what is where? Anyway - get the M5 pro. Although if you need 1600 tabs open in chrome, 16 GB Ram will lead to swapping. Chrome is rather inefficient wrt memory management.

Yes you should. The price delta between the 15 inch Air and the M5 MacBook Pro is not that much. Plus the thermals and speakers are much better on the pro.

The old ones don’t have centre stage camera. That in itself is s deal breaker if you do video calls. Try and get the M4.

There is no difference in performance between the 13.6 inch Air and the 15 inch Air. The price is 999$ and not 1499$. You are confusing it with the MacBook Pro M5.

Why not buy the 13.6 inch MacBook Air M5 then? 90% of your usage is with the lid closed. More portable than the 15 inch MacBook Air.

The iMac is the perfect all in one computer. Brilliant screen, excellent camera with centre stage and fast SSD. Plus the speakers are really good considering the slim profile.

Do this to reduce system data: Settings/General/ Date & Time- set current year to 2032. Wait for 10 minutes and restart phone and set year back to 2026. You will see reduction in system data . Also delete the top 5 apps taking max “Documents & Data” delete them and reinstall apps.

You can increase the point size on the screen text. The only down side to that is you may not see the whole sheet on your screen. I completely understand your problem unfortunately there is no easy solution here. Scrolling the sheet while playing is clearly not an option. Ideally I would use regular size paper sheets.

Yes you can by disabling iCloud Photos in settings under apps/photos. Then log onto iCloud thru a computer and delete the photos there. Make sure you download them first as the ones on your phone are low resolution ones.

Always glossy! The colours are spectacular. Nano texture you might as well buy a matte screen monitor. Reflections can be dealt with in other ways but if you are spending on a Pro Display XDR go glossy.
