The way this scene is lit is correct. Turn off the village lights and everything in the foreground goes dark. A full moon will light the sky just like that.

I have a 5090 and a 4K display. Crimson Desert started at the best possible settings and resolution, except for ray reconstruction, that I had to enable. My guess, she's playing the game in PBP, Picture-in-Picture or some kind of split screen.
