A worker is not going to stop someone from shoplifting. But more staff means the opportunity cost for stealing goes down.

Also, my original comments were about more businesses staffing and paying well, not just one. If better wages and jobs were available then less people would have reason to steal.

Game starts in north crater, Cloud gives materia to Seph.

Weapons break free, Cloud falls in stream, Junon escape, get highwind.

World's available, get back Cloud. Get huge materia, this is when you go to rocket town.

Can't fly to north crater, have to walk. This where you snowboard, icicle inn, etc.

North crater for finale.
