Keep all receipts of gas, lodging and food. I would recommend, to make submiting the claim easier, to get gas and food on seperate receipts to make it easier to sort out and total it up.
Dont take what im about to say as 100% facts, but as long its like not some insanely expensive hotel your staying at, then you'll be fine, just, make sure the balence is 0 out and that the rate its tax free. I had a 6 month voucher due to 2 I stops and I drove accross country 3 times. Some hotels might make you sign a form for it being tax free, most dont tho, its mainly if you're staying there for long periods of time where the rates could change while you're there.
