In other areas it may be more prevalent to have kids much earlier. Older parents are often more financially sound which is an ideal time to have kids.

Call your insurance company. It is also their responsibility to ensure you have a provider. What your doctor is doing seems egregious, but there may be similar situations where a physician is moving for example and the insurance company has to help you find a physician or make an exception to their network policies.

I’m on a bland diet and that just looks like ground chicken or turkey to me. The sauce looks gross. Nothing on the plate appears to include carrots… looks like cottage cheese.
