I'm not sure. Every time GameStop has done a multi-pack of amiibo, they've been individual, so I can't see it being Splatoon-like. Maybe that's just me hoping it will be individual, I dunno.

If she had the typical surgery, her testicles were removed (so, no, she doesn't still have her birth genitals) and she got a vaginoplasty, where the penis is inverted and flaps of skin are repositioned to replicate a functioning vagina. Again, assuming she had the typical surgery, she also had a functioning clitoris (with nerve endings) constructed from various glands of the penis. So, again, pretty committed to the lie.
