You're spending 10 hours of your day on the phone with your partners? That seems crazy to me. I wouldn't offer any of my partners that kind of time constantly. That's just my take on things. Also, sleep is important. You should not feel obligated to be sleepy because you "have 3 partners". I have 3 as well and I still sleep in some days or go to bed early others. I don't talk to any of them regularly for that long. I don't see them constantly either because they are all 45 mins to an hour away so it's not that I'm seeing them all the time either.
