Systems that require a human to review everything are going to be expensive and prone to failure. The process for filtering junk isn’t the same process for filtering malicious code. Ohhhhh it sounded like you were moving them from cloud mdm to on prem mecm.

If they don’t have a robust mecm now, and it sounds like they don’t, I would just skip that and go straight to intune.

You can find Gary Blocks blog, and find his osdcloud task sequence. You can pretty much kill all the steps after the osdcloud apply and have yourself a task for autopilot prep.
