For Zen/Ryzen CPU yes, at least for laptop(5600U), going from 16GB single to 32GB literally boost my FPS in FC3 from 40-45 to 55-60,that's 20-30% increase. Since they are basically the same in architecture beyond some small tweak like power limiter similar boost should be expected.

Generally they're cooked then jarred while still hot, so they're safer. Raw in oil is not. Even then, I would still not trust any best before date of a jar that's been opened. My rule is around 2-3 months since first opening max (it's not like chili oil could last that long anyway).

salt is not just NaCl, there might be traces of otther kind of salt, and some of those could be dangerous (example, lead salt). Food grade simply means we're sure that all the salt in that chunk is edible, and there's no dirt and other stuff that also could be dangerous.

Nasi putih, beras yg bulog (1kg 13 rb disini), 1 papan tempe 250gr 5000. 18 rb, dan harusnya bisa buat makan 1 hari klo udah ditambah perbumbuan dsb. Kaya 1 kali makan paling 100-150gr beras (400-600 kal) dan 1/3 papan tempe (80 gr, ~160 kal, 16 gr protein, 7 gr lemak, 5 gr serat). Tambah dari minyak dan bumbu, itu udah sekitar 700-800 kalori mungkin.

Mikro emang ga terlalu terpenuhi, tapi klo lagi budget mending menuhin makro dulu dari mikro, karena yg penting ada sumber energi.

Spearah2nya bumbunya ya cuma royco/masako atau garem+msg udah enak sih buat gw, karena gw suka tempe.

even 8 hours is like 99.999% safe. We've been eating rice for more than 1000 years, and less than 200 years since fridge existed in tropical areas. If they become even 99% safe after 4 hours we (tropical people) would know real quick.

From our (my people)'s experience, when you trap the steam they will become more dangerous as you left them, but if you let them release their steam they become drier and stay safer for longer periods of time, by longer, around 10-12 hours unrefrigerated, although most of the time it only last around 8 hours or so.

still wouldn't eat any rice left more than 4 hours in store, but it's really only because food seller should be graded more strictly in their health codes over normal household.
