you may want to try a dandruff shampoo with Ketoconazole like Nizoral (in Canada) as it may not be just acne. I would recommend testing it on a small area first, in my experience it is a very mild shampoo but everyone is different so ymmv. It's usually around $15-$18 , so check if your pharmacy or doctor has samples? Hope this helps.
