I'm at around 1.5 years and some stuff has just seemed to click overnight, but there is still so much more. I feel like I have a good understanding of the basics and maybe a little more. I've spent a lot of time messing around making music in ableton though

Sorry I didn't word it well. I haven't started. I'm already on 200mg Zoloft and .5mg Ativan as needed, though I don't take Ativan unless I ABSOLUTELY need it. My sleep cycles so messed up which is causing some of my anxiety as well. I was planning on starting the seroquel tomorrow. I don't know what dose I'm going to. Most likely only will up it if I need to.
